In AGING STRONG Vol I, the program includes matwork that challenges your core, a stimulating myofascial release for your feet, and standing weight-bearing exercises with resistance bands for upper and lower body strengthening, stretching, and balance. Exercises are modified to be safe for active agers, including those with injuries and low bone density. A posture segment guides you to achieve ideal seated alignment at your desk, at a counter, and in your car.
In AGING STRONG Vol 2 movement becomes your medicine for postural issues, chronic pain, and the aging process. This DVD is comprised of two 25 min full-body workouts for when you’re tight on time. The DVD contains bonus posture coaching and a high energy bone-building stomping dance!
